VMS & Radar Signs:
If you want to be able to use the WebSend or Modem feature of the VMS Designer program, make sure the SIM card in your Sign has both a
SMS number and a Circuit Switched Data (CSD) number assigned to it by your service provider. The CSD must be set in "non-transparent mode".
